     How do you ship orders and what is the a/t ?
All orders are shipped via regular air mail or service courier. Average arrival time is 5-10 days international shipping via regular air mail.
International delivery are sent by Registered Mail (delivery times 5 to 10 days).
Orders are shipped via service courier ( DHL, DPD, EMS, FEDEX, GLS, TNT, UPS ) average arrival time is 3-5 days.

     What is the cost of shipping ?
The shipping cost is via regular air mail - 10 / 12 EUR.
The shipping cost is via courier ( DHL, DPD, EMS, FEDEX, GLS, TNT, UPS ) - 50 EUR.
All orders over 1200 EUR will automatically receive free shipping.

     Where do I send my payment ?
Information on where to send your payment is provided after you place an order, and its sent directly to your e-mail address. Please, follow the payment instructions carefully to avoid unnecessary delay. In case you haven't received it when placing and order, please contact us and we will send you data by email!

     How long does it take for you to receive my Western Union or MoneyGram transfer ?
Payments made by Western Union or MoneyGram are normally processed within 1-3 business days after we receive transaction data from you. If payment is rejected by WU ( data not correct) than we send you email and whole process starts all over again so be careful in order to avoid delays! If transaction is successful we ship in 24 hours after confirmation was received!

     If I place my order today, when will I actually receive my order ?
The full time between placing an order and actually receiving it mainly depends on the payment method chosen. Each payment takes different time to verify.
- Wire Transfer - Bank Transfer takes 2-3 business days to verify.
- Western Union Money Order and MoneyGram Money Order take 1-3 business days to verify.
And once the order is shipped the actual shipping time takes 1-7 days, depending on location of shipping and where it is shipped to. You also have to factor in holidays or other work-free days that affect the shipping. Do note we are trying hard to dispatch shipments as fast as possible but ultimately the delivery depends on the postal service.

     How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping ?
Order confirmation with instructions for how to make payment is sent to your email, immediately after you submit your order. Once payment is received, we process and dispatch your order within 1 - 3 business days. Shipping time is normally between 7 and 15 business days and for very remote countries up to 25 business days! PLEASE NOTE: that business days are only Monday to Friday so before you order you should have that clear in your mind!
Delivery time includes time necessary for international regular airmail, which must also pass your customs, so we expect you to accept this as normal delivery time and respect it! Please check your order history online first and count business days before writing to us about delivery time! If it's over 15 business days, please contact us and together we will find the reason and the solution!

     How do I know you are not a scammer ?
There are couple of ways to recognize a scammer and to distinguish an honest retailer.
- As mentioned, there is no minimum order set.
- If you observe we offer wire transfer payment - only legitimate resellers can afford to have bank transfer.
These are only some of the ways to discern a legitimate store from a scammer. But the best way is to place an order and have us deliver the product to you - only then will you be sure we are legitimate.

     I received only one portion of the items I ordered! Did you scam me ?
We didn't scam you. Your order was divided into numerous packages to avoid suspicion. Don't worry, the rest of the shipment should arrive soon after.
Your order was completely shipped out as follows: The average shipping time is 10 days, but you must allow us full 30 calendar days for delivery. If some package does not arrive in 30 days form shipped out date, please contact us and we will check for possible reasons.

     How successful is delivery ?
We ensure that all packages are shipped with maximum discretion.  Our organization name is not indicated on any package and shipments are sent from various shipping points in Europe, established in different countries, to ensure maximum discretion and highest probability of successful delivery.

     Is this company legit and am I safe to do business with ?
We understand your concerns to that matter since there are many non legit sources on the web and for consumer is very difficult to pick out the right partner! We are totally legit, work successfully for more than 6 years, have online customer support on regular daily basis ( Monday till Sunday) and all products are high quality generic products from well known pharmacies.      Is a signature required for shipping ?
We are providing registered mail service, so in order you should sign for the package, but this is not a reason to get worried, the only difference is that the registered package is tracked, the rest of the procedures are exactly the same as for the regular mail.

     How do you pack your shipments ?
Our shipments are packed in regular brown or white padded envelopes without any company sign or any other markings that would indicate the contains of the package.

     How are bulk/large quantities orders shipped ?
If the order is too large to fit one package, we guarantee the order will be divided into the necessary amount of packages to lower the risk. No matter how large your order is, we reassure you the same discretion level and repackaging as used for small sized orders.

     What is the Minimum order I can make ?
There is no minimum order limit set. If you wish you can buy only one product.

     Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APO ?
We do ship to PO Box. We do not ship directly to APO address, you can use your home / billing info and your family/friends can redirect you products from USA. Please leave shipping info in comment line of each order. This way you will have 99% delivery success.

     Do you ship to P.O. Box, FPO address, APO address ?
Yes, we ship to PO Box. Please specify the exact address in the comment section when you check out.
IMPORTANT!!! WE DO NOT SHIP TO FPO/APO ADDRESSES!!!
We've learned that all shipment from Europe to FPO (Fleet Post Office) or APO (Army Post Office) address are returned - no order will arrive to a FPO or APO address!
If you wish to get an order to an FPO or APO address you have to order it to a reliable person in your home country an than that person can forward it to you.
Packages from home countries arrive without any problems

Please note that if you do place an Order to a FPO/APO address we will not process it until you provide us an alternative address.

     I would like to place a pretty large order. Is it safe to do so or it's better to place a few smaller orders ?
You can place any orders you like. Large orders is not a problem for us. Our shippers have pretty good experience in packing and shipping any type of orders. They can pack your order in several packages depending on how they think is the safest way to get it through customs. Also if you have any shipping or packing preferences you can write a comment when you place your order and our shippers will ship it according to your preferences.

     Do you ship to my country ?
We ship to any countries you like with a little exemption. We can ship to Australia and New Zealand only oral steroids and injectables package in sachets which you can find in our section Injectable Steroids Sachets.

     Do you have a reshipping policy for seized and lost packages ?
Yes we do. If you received a seizure letter from customs, please scan it and send it to us via e-mail. To get the e-mail address, contact our customer support team. After you sent the letter we need 24-48 hours to check it. If everything is ok you will get a reshipment at no cost.

    What is your reshipping policy ?
First of all you should know that we don't reship to Australia, Canada, New Zeeland, Singapore, South Coreea. We reship in one situations: If it's  seizure letter from customs . According to our reshipping policy a package is considered to be seized  after 40 days. So if you didn't receive it in this time frame, contact us and you'll get a reshipping. In case you received a seizure letter all you have to do is scan all pages of the letter including the envelope and send it to contact us.

Free samples for evaluation are no longer available due to excessive demand. Potential distributors desiring to evaluate products may requestan exception by submitting proof of distribution of capacity.
